🚨 User Reports Access Issue
1 Verify Group Has Page-Level Permissions
How to check:
  1. Open the Experience Portal CMS (Admin view)
  2. Navigate to Pages and find the relevant page
  3. Click the three-dot menu → Manage page settings
  4. Open the Visibility tab
  5. Confirm the user's group appears and is toggled ON
  6. Save your changes
Can user view the page?
✗ No
Fix: Add Group to Page
  1. On the Visibility tab, add the user's group
  2. Toggle the group ON
  3. Save changes
✅ Expected result
User can now see the page in the menu and navigate to it without an access-denied error
✓ Yes — page is visible

2 Verify Group Has Access to Categories on the Page
How to check:
  1. Identify all categories displayed on the page (check component property window if unsure)
  2. In the DAM, navigate to Settings → Groups
  3. Select View/Edit under Access for the user's group
  4. Review and toggle ON/OFF the relevant categories
  5. Save your changes
Can user see all assets?
✗ No — assets missing
Fix: Grant Category Access
  1. In DAM Settings → Groups, find the user's group
  2. Toggle ON each required category
  3. Save changes
  4. Repeat for all categories on the page
✅ Expected result
Assets in those categories now appear on the page for the user
✓ Yes — all content visible
Issue resolved — no further action needed

Tip: Steps 1 and 2 resolve the vast majority of Experience Portal access issues. If the user can now view the page and its content, no further action is required unless they need additional capabilities.
