How can customers view a list of all their opened cases with Support?

Customers can view a list of all tickets opened with the support team at any time from the following link:

Users that are not logged in will see the following screen:

Users that are not logged in should request to reset their password from the "Forgot Password" link as seen in the screenshot above.

They should then receive a verification email as seen in the example below:

Once logged in successfully, users should be able to see a complete breakdown of their opened tickets with Support as well as click into the status of each request to see all recent updates.
