Please note the New HotDAM! Experience is currently in development and as such, the product currently accessible to users is not fully finalized. Our development and product teams are working diligently to ensure that this new version of MediaValet can truly excel in streamlining your browsing, searching, and downloading tasks related to your assets.
Downloading assets via the Download icon
To conveniently download your asset, hover your mouse over the desired asset. This will display various helpful icons.
To download your asset, select the cloud shaped icon. This will initiate the download of your file.
Downloading assets by clicking on the asset
You may also click on your desired asset to select it.
This will open the asset panel on the right side of your screen. Once there, you may press the cloud shaped icon located at the bottom right of your screen to initiate the download.
Alternatively, you may click on Show Details followed by Download.
Downloading multiple assets at once
To download more than one asset at once, select the white box displayed when hovering over the assets. Once all the desired assets are selected, click on the Download button from the bulk selection bar at the bottom of the page.
Furthermore, you can conveniently bulk assets by using:
- Shift + Select
- Shift + < or > to select adjacent assets
- Shift + ↑ or ↓ to select an asset above or below the select asset
- Ctrl/Cmd + A to select all assets in the page
- Ctrl/Cmd + D to deselect all assets
- Checkbox at the top right to Select all
