As MediaValet is browser-based, information is saved from our website in the form of cache and cookies. Clearing these from time to time can help resolve certain issues including loading or formatting issues on our site.
Follow the instructions below to clear any cached items for your specific MediaValet library:
Chrome
1) From a public session of Chrome, access your MediaValet library for example xxx.mediavalet.com and click on the lockbox icon found next to the URL field.
Select "Site Settings" from the drop-down menu that appears

2) From the pop-up window that appears, click on the "Clear Data" button:

3) Finally, from the dialog window that appears please click "Clear" to successfully clear all cached data specific to your MediaValet library.
4) Log back into your MediaValet library and confirm if the issue persists.

Firefox:
1) From a public session of Firefox, access your MediaValet library for example xxx.mediavalet.com and click on the lockbox icon found next to the URL field:

2) Select "Clear cookies and site data" from the drop-down menu:
3) Click on "Remove" from the pop-up window that appears:
4) Refresh your browser session and log back into your MediaValet library. Confirm if the issue persists.

Microsoft Edge:
1) From a public session of Edge, access your MediaValet library for example xxx.mediavalet.com and click on the lockbox icon found next to the URL field:

2) Select "Cookies" from the drop-down menu:
3) From the pop-up window that appears select your MediaValet library name and click "Remove":
4) Finally, click "Done" and refresh your MediaValet browser session. Log back into your MediaValet library and confirm if the issue persists.

Safari (MacOSX)
1) Open a public session of Safari. Click on the Safari menu item and select “Preferences” from the drop-down menu that appears.
2) Next, navigate to the “Privacy” tab and click on “Manage Website Data”
3) This should then trigger a dialog window to appear with a list of all searched websites. Type the domain name for your MediaValet portal url for example mediavalet.com in the search box. in the upper right-hand corner.
4. Select the entry that appears and then click “Remove”. Once the entry has been removed, select “Done” to submit the change.
