How I can get an Expiry Assets Report?

To access the reports tab in New MediaValet, select the "Reports" button located on the left hand menu:

In Classic MediaValet, select "Reports" on the tab located at the top of the page:

The Expiry Report can be accessed by clicking Reports > Library and the Expiry section.

To export your data in .xlsx, click the three dots at the top right above the report.

Administrators will be able to see assets expiring in the future by clicking Assets with future expiry dates

On the Expiry report page, the user can switch between the expired assets table and the expiring one.

Users can go back to the Library Overview page by clicking the back button.
