Permissions breakdown
View - determines if the widgets are displayed on the asset card
View & Edit - builds upon the previous permission; also determines if user has permission to edit keywords, face recogntiob, transcripts, etc.
View, Edit & Indexing - builds upon the previous permission; also determines if the user has permission to run the AVI tool on a video
Cannot View - User can’t see the Audio/Vidio Intelligence tab on the asset card, however they can search for the metadata in global search or advanced search facets
System Permisison Group Access
Only Administrator and Library Administrator permission groups can View, Edit & Index video files wih AVI.
All other default permission groups have View permissions, meaning they would not be able to run the AVI tool on new videos, or edit the metadata within the AVI tab.
