MediaValet’s User Reporting feature allows account administrators to drill down and analyze individual user activity like totals uploads, downloads, views over any specified time frame. You can also see the User Report which shows what assets the user has been downloading. Account administrators will be able to export activity data into an excel spreadsheet for further filtering.
- To access the reports tab, select the "Reports" button located on the left hand menu:
Select "Users" from the top menu.
2. Scroll down the page and select the user you would like to see individual reporting for
3. After selecting the user, click User Report.
*You are also able to access user reports using the View All Users button.
4. The User Report shows you the specific user activity history including all o the assets they have downloaded.
