Types of Reports

MediaValet reports provide a range of useful information that allows you to better understand how users engage with your assets on a day-to-day basis. Here are the various reports available:

  • Asset Engagement: Showcases your most valuable assets.
  • Library: Displays key metrics about the performance of your library, including its overall storage, the number of assets and categories, as well as top performing asset formats.
  • Users: Details information regarding how users in your organization interact with MediaValet, such as their total downloads, views, and uploads.
  • CDN links: Allows for a detailed view of how often a CDN link has been used, as well as its total Bandwidth.
  • Branded Portals: Provides further information on the performance of your Branded Portals, including views and downloads.

Accessing Reports

Accessing Reports is as easy as clicking on the “Reports” button located at the top of your MediaValet portal. Once selected, you will be able to see the various reports available to you.
