Accessing and viewing Branded Portals Reporting is only available to administrators. For other users to gain access to Branded Portals Reporting, they will need their User Group permissions changed.
To access the reports tab MediaValet, select the "Reports" button located on the left hand menu:
From the Reports page, click Portals on the top menu
The top portion of the Portals Reporting section will cover the Top Performing Branded Portals
To view the Full Report for the Top Performing Branded Portals, click "View All Portals"
Clicking on "View All Portals" will get you to the Branded Portal Engagement Report with the Portals button selected.
Clicking on "More Options" will open a new menu where you can sort the Portals by Portal Name, Portal Views, Asset Views, Asset Downloads, Created Date, Sync, Last Updated By, Status and Actions.
Scrolling down the Portals Reporting page will lead you to the Top Performing Assets in Branded Portals:
To view the Full Report for the Top Performing Assets in Branded Portals, click "View All Assets"
Clicking on "More Options" will open a new menu where you can sort the Assets by File Name, Views, Downloads, Branded Portals, File Type and Format:
