Accessing and viewing Branded Portals Reporting is only available to administrators. For other users to gain access to Branded Portals Reporting, they will need their User Group permissions changed.
1. To access Branded Portals Reporting, click Reports to access the reporting page
2. From the Reports page, click Branded Portals on the top menu
3. The top portion of the Branded Portals Reporting section will cover the Top Performing Branded Portals
4. To view the Full Report for the Top Performing Branded Portals, click Full Report
5. Clicking on the Full Report will get you to the Branded Portal Engagement Report with the Portals button selected.
This report can be filtered by date range, the user who last updated it, whether the branded portal is synced to any categories or lightboxes, and portal status. The full report can also be downloaded by clicking on the “...” at the top right of the table.
6. Scrolling down the main Branded Portals Reporting page will lead you to the Top Performing Assets in Branded Portals
7. To view the Full Report for the Top Performing Assets in Branded Portals, click Full Report
8. Clicking on the second Full Report button will get you to the Branded Portal Engagement Report with the Assets button selected.
This report can be filtered by date range, categories, and asset types. The full report can also be downloaded by clicking on the “...” at the top right of the table.
