The People Dashboard is available to all administrators and to users who have Face Recognition enabled for their user group. With the People Dashboard, you will be able to see all the different faces that have been detected within your uploaded images.
To access the People Dashboard
1. To view faces across your entire library, select the People menu from the left sidebar
Naming people
Go to the Unidentified tab. Here you will see all of the people who have been identifiied by the AI but have not yet been given a name. To identify the face, hover over the face card and click the pencil icon
Enter the name of the person (e.g., "Adam Smith") and press Enter. The updated face card will now appear under the Identified tab after a short period of time.
If you need to edit the name at any point, go to the identified tab and click on the pencil icon again under the identified face.
You can also edit the names from the asset panel. This is helpful when you want to enter a name for a recently uploaded image and don't want to scroll through all of the unidentified names to find the face.
Click on the image with the person. Click on the People tab. Click on the 3 vertical dots beside the face in the Unidentified tab then add a name. You can also edit a name for a face that is already identified.
