You can now better managed you columns in the list view to see all the information you need about your assets!
How to switch to the list view
If your default view is the grid view, simply click on the List View icon at the top left :
How to manage your columns in the list view
Once the list view selected, you will notice a column icon on the right hand-side, next to the page number. This is your Manage Columns button.
Clicking on this icon will display the list of columns you can add or remove.
You can also switch their position in your screen by dragging them up or down.
Note that the Preview and Title columns cannot be removed.
Once your favorite columns selected you can click save and you will be brought back to your assets!
Note that the Individual asset Actions menu will always be your last column :
How can I sort my assets?
You can sort some your assets by clicking on the small arrows on the right of your columns. The Default sorting is the upload date (same as for the Grid View).
Only System attributes can be sorted, not custom attributes.
The sortable but unsorted columns will show a grey arrow and the sorted columns will display a dark grey whether the ascending or descending order is selected. In this example, the assets are sorted by modified date - descending
Note that your column organization is just yours and each user can customize their own list view!
