Impact of Deleting an Asset

Deleting an asset permanently removes it from the library and affects the following:

Categories - the asset will no longer appear in any category it was organized in.

Collections - the asset will be removed from any Collection it was part of.

Web Galleries - Web Galleries are dynamic, they reflect the live state of your MediaValet library, so any asset deleted from the DAM will no longer appear in any gallery it was shared through.

Branded Portals - the asset will be removed from any Branded Portal it appears in.

CDN Links - any CDN links pointing to the asset will be broken.

Note: This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, the asset can no longer be viewed or recovered.
