The related assets features allows you to connect assets together regardless of where they live in the library.
Related Images focus on logical or contextual relationships between assets, which may not be visually similar but are linked for administrative, legal, or organizational reasons. Ex: would be a talent release form that is linked to a set of images, or photos from the same photoshoot, or linking a small preview video file to the larger raw files for example.
You can relate up to 200 assets to an asset.
To start,
- Click on your asset and go to the tab "Related Assets". Click on "Add Related Assets"
- Users are presented with some suggestions based on keywords found in the chosen asset.
- You can search keywords or filenames to help you find related assets.
- Once the Related Assets added, you will find them under the original asset, in the Related Assets tab.
- To unrelate an asset, simply click on an asset and click on Unrelate Selected Assets
