Download Previous Asset Versions
Users (with access to asset versions and permission to download) can now download a previous version of an asset from the Versions tab, without making it the current version. The current version stays active, and the asset’s portals and CDN links are not affected.
CDN Link Status Indicator
Asset thumbnails in grid view now show whether an asset has CDN links and what state they are in: active, deactivated, or archived. List view shows the same status when the CDN Links column is added in the column settings. Previously, this status was only available in the asset's history.
With link status visible while browsing, users can manage CDN-linked assets with greater confidence, avoid disrupting websites or campaigns that depend on live links, and identify active links that should be taken down to keep the library clean and secure. The indicator is visible to all users, regardless of permission level.
Orientation Filter
Users can filter assets by orientation (Landscape, Portrait, Square, or Panoramic) in Advanced Search, so they can quickly narrow results to images that fit their layout. Orientation selections are saved with saved searches. The filter is not available in Experience Portals.

Thumbnail Display Options: Fit and Fill
Users can choose how thumbnails appear in grid view, so logos and graphics don’t get cropped. Under Display options > Thumbnails, Fit shows the whole image and Fill crops it to fill the tile. The setting also applies to homepage category tiles and is saved to the current browser and device.
