Category searching is one of the most helpful features in all of MediaValet. It allows the user to narrow their search down to a specific category + subcategories. This means you can filter out the majority of the assets in your DAM with just one click!
Why run a searc against all your assets when you know you're looking for something in Marketing or Sales?
1. Once you have selected the category you want to search again, click the magnifying glass beside the Display and Upload button.
2. Next type your search term at the top, and feel free to pair it with any custom attributes or other filters. Your results will only be pulled from the category you've selected!
