How to Insert Assets from MediaValet into monday.com

This article explains how to insert assets from MediaValet into your monday.com boards.

1. From the MediaValet Item View, you can choose how you’d like to find your asset:

• Search (left): click the magnifying glass icon and enter keywords.
• Category Tree (right): click the folder icon and browse categories.
• Collections (right)

1. Select the asset(s) you want to insert.
2. Click Insert and choose the target link column in your monday.com board.
   • Pick your insert type:
     1. Asset link (direct link to the asset in MediaValet)
     2. Asset (file stored in monday.com)
     3. CDN link (Content Delivery Network link for web-ready usage)
3. Click Insert to complete.

Note: If you select multiple assets, only the Asset option will be available.
