Currently it is not possible for Administrators to bulk create users themselves on MediaValet. However, you can reach out to your Client Success Manager or Onboarding Manager with the following information:
In the attached CSV file found within this article, you will need to fill out the following information to be able to create users in bulk.
NB: The CSV must match the formatting within the template exactly, and care must be taken to ensure no duplicate values, nor any blank values exist in the document.
None of these fields can be left empty.
- FirstName
- LastName
- Username
- Title (Ex. Could be set as Staff or Employee or something else)
- RoleName - group name setup in the DAM

IsActive - setup as Active (TRUE) or Inactive (FALSE)
Once the CSV is populated and saved, please contact your MediaValet representative and they will be able to assist you with ingesting the file and getting these users setup.
NOTE: Once the CSV file is ingested, users will appear in the MediaValet library. We recommend sending an internal communication to introduce MediaValet, provide context on its purpose, and share users' usernames if needed. Also have your users reset their passwords through this link https://yourlibrary.mediavalet.com/recover-password to log in and start using the library. Users will not receive a registration confirmation email; you must inform them that they have a MediaValet account in your library.
