For one asset:
1. From the detailed information screen of an asset, click on the Categories tab.
2. Use the checkboxes in the Add/Remove Categories section to add and remove categories.
3. Click Apply to confirm the changes.
For several assets at the same time (bulk add categories):
Bulk select your assets or the entire page (200 max, however you can click next and continue selecting 200 at a time) then click on the Folder icon in the bottom taskbar.
You may now bulk add or remove categorie tags from the assets selected. If there is a dash ins the square, this means at least one, but not all of the assets selected are tagged to this category. If a checkmark is visibile, then all the assets selected are tagged to that category.
If you want to remove a category tag from all the assets selected, click the checkbox until it becomes empty and then click save
