Why am I not receiving MediaValet email notifications?

The following steps can be referenced when troubleshooting issues with not receiving email notifications from MediaValet:

Check your email client's Junk/Spam folder


Confirm your user account in MediaValet is set up to receive notifications

  • If you do not have permission to manage users on the MediaValet platform, please reach out to an Administrator of the MediaValet library at your organization to set this up for you.
  • MediaValet Admins, please see HERE on how to set this up.


Confirm whether there are any issues on MediaValet's end for your user account

  • If the steps above are unsuccessful in resolving your issue, please reach out to support@mediavalet.com to troubleshoot this issue further.
