The following steps can be referenced when troubleshooting issues with not receiving email notifications from MediaValet:
Check your email client's Junk/Spam folder
- Depending on the email filtering rules set up by your organization, it is possible that these system alerts may have filtered through to your mailbox's Spam/Junk folders.
- If this is the case, please request your IT team to ensure the *mediavalet.net and *mediavalet.com domains are whitelisted and added as exceptions for any mail filtering rules enabled for your organization.
- Individual emails can be marked as "Not spam" to ensure the emails are removed from your Spam folder.

- You can also set up a rule/filter to ensure these emails are not sent to your Spam folder moving forward. For example, see the following article on how to set this up in example email clients:

Confirm your user account in MediaValet is set up to receive notifications
- If you do not have permission to manage users on the MediaValet platform, please reach out to an Administrator of the MediaValet library at your organization to set this up for you.

Confirm whether there are any issues on MediaValet's end for your user account
