Updated Search Tray
The Search Tray now shows your recently visited assets, categories, collections, and search queries.
Results are organized across five tabs: All, Searches, Assets, Categories, and Collections. The Collections tab appears only if you have access to Collections.
Metadata Management
Attributes, Keywords, and Metadata Export/Import are now grouped under Settings → Metadata Management.
Metadata Export/Import has two dedicated views: New Transfer to start an export, and Export History to review past transfers.
Experience Portals
Asset Cards
Portal visitors can now identify content type before opening an asset.
- Video thumbnails show a persistent play icon
- Every thumbnail includes a file format badge (MP4, PDF, PNG, JPEG, etc.)
- Asset titles can be configured to display beneath each card without requiring hover
- Clicking anywhere on a thumbnail opens the asset detail view
Video Playback
Video quality now adjusts automatically based on the viewer's connection speed.
Viewers can also control playback speed directly in the player. This applies across asset preview, detail, and gallery views.
Category Filters
Portal admins can control which filters appear on each category page.
To configure: open the Category Component's Content tab and toggle filters on or off per category. Available filters: Custom Filters, File Type, Upload Date, and Color
