In this article you will learn how to regain access to your account when you've been locked out.
When multiple invalid login attempts have been made, the MediaValet user account may become locked. You will see a message indicating that your account has been locked due to too many log in attempts.
Rest assured, the account should be automatically unlocked after 10-15 minutes where you'll be allowed to try logging in again.
Please reach out to the MediaValet Support team, if you continue to see issues after this time has passed.
- Resetting your MediaValet local user account's password will not remove the lock-out. Any additional invalid attempts made will further increase the lockout period.
- If your MediaValet library has Single-Sign-On enabled and you are locked out of your Single-Sign-On account, please reach out to your IT team and/or reset your password within your Identity Provider's system for example, Azure Active Directory.
